Jimmie Lee Long is 86 years old and she was one of the first women to join the WAVE in 1942, which is women in the Navy services.  She helped decode the Germans' code during World War 2 and along with her coworkers, reduced the war time by 18 to 24 months.  Also after WW2 was over, she was made to swear secrecy for 40 years and never told her family what her job was in the war.  She told everyone instead that she made coffee and sharpened pencils while in the Navy.
