Isreal expects to buy 20 F-35s from Lockheed. But formal govcernment approval does not come until September 2010. Various reports put the price that Isreal has to pay is 96 million per aircraft. The reason that Isreal is buying the aircraft is because of the aircraft's mission flexibility.

With its "Fly Girls" and WiFi Virginia airlines will soon be servicing out of DFW. It will be flying to San Francisco and LA. Where the flight attendants get their names is from a TV show called "Fly Girls" and Virgin adopted the name. DFW does not know if Virgin plans to have more flights from DFW in the future.

Marines' version of the F-35 is lagging
The F-35 is behind schedule. One reaason is that the VTOL system is falling apart. Also the STOL capabilities are crumbling for this aircraft. But to make this plane run properly we would have to invest alot more money into the project.

Filled with cement well is likely dead
BP is determining whether to sell or seal the well in the Gulf. If BP wishes to exploit the well, they will simply drill back through the concrete barrier and start pumping. Now if BP wishes to seel the well for good they would have to pump through the relief wall. But BP most likly will keep the well for later.

A huge project to save natrual resources has started. Luke Air Base has started to use solar power to power a majority of their equipment. So far Luke Air Base's solar array is one of the biggest ever. Other bases are swiching to biodesiel, geothermic, and windpower. So truly the U.S. army is becoming a green force.
